This policy describes what you may and may not do with Argos. It applies alongside our
Terms of Service.
By using Argos, you agree to this policy.
Permitted Use
Argos is designed for personal productivity — managing your communications, calendar, and
information using AI assistance. You may use Argos for any lawful personal purpose consistent
with these Terms.
Prohibited Activities
1. Harmful or Illegal Content
You must not use Argos to generate, distribute, or facilitate:
- Content that is illegal under applicable law
- Content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, or harassing toward any person
- Content that sexualises or exploits minors in any way
- Incitement to violence, terrorism, or hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on
protected characteristics (race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, etc.)
2. Misuse of AI Capabilities
You must not:
- Attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or circumvent Argos's safety guidelines or those of the
underlying AI model (Anthropic's Claude)
- Use Argos to systematically generate spam, phishing messages, disinformation, or misleading
content at scale
- Impersonate another real person or organisation in a way that is deceptive or harmful
- Use Argos to generate content intended to manipulate elections or public opinion through
coordinated deception
3. Unauthorised Data Access
You must not use Argos to:
- Access Gmail or Google Calendar accounts that you do not own or have explicit authorisation
to access
- Collect, harvest, or exfiltrate data from third-party services in a manner that violates
their terms of service
- Conduct surveillance on another person without their knowledge and consent
4. Service Integrity
You must not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with Argos or its underlying
infrastructure
- Use automated tools to interact with Argos in a way that places unreasonable load on our
systems or Anthropic's API
- Attempt to access the app's backend, Firestore database, or Cloud Functions in an
unauthorised manner
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Argos or its output without our written
permission
Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of misuse of Argos, please report it to:

Consequences of Violation
Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to Argos,
and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law. We reserve the right to determine,
at our sole discretion, whether a violation has occurred.
