All rights, title, and interest in Argos — including the app, its design, code, and brand — are owned by Tom Dantz. "Argos" and associated branding are protected under applicable copyright law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Argos on your personal device solely for personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the app.

We do not guarantee that Argos will be available at all times or without interruption. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We will communicate significant changes through in-app notifications where possible.
Argos is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no warranty that the app will be error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tom Dantz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Argos, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, our total liability to you shall not exceed CHF 100.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top will reflect the date of the latest revision. Continued use of Argos after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will provide notice via the app where possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Argos shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Switzerland.
